The service is prepaid, and we keep refunds simple.
Top-ups
The unused part of a top-up can be refunded within 14 days of payment on request. Amounts already spent on requests are not refundable. The free new-user credit is not refundable.
Where the service was unavailable for a substantial period, or a request was charged but produced nothing, we will credit the amount back on request.
How to ask
Write to support@best-model.org from the email address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
